Cyclers of all ages learned about traffic rules, how to ride a bike and how to properly fasten their helmets at the Carpinteria Children’s Project at the CycleMAYnia family event hosted by MOVE Santa Barbara County on Saturday afternoon. Participants queued up to receive free helmets and bike lights, then traversed traffic cones for a cycling skills class before riding their bikes in groups.
