
Florida State University honored fast-growing businesses owned or led by FSU alumni at the 6th Annual Seminole 100 Celebration Saturday night at the FSU Student Union Ballroom.
2023 Fastest Growing Company, Floorzz, LLC is led by FSU alumni Crissie Anderson (MS ’05, Ph.D. ’09) and Mike Anderson (BS ’04).
Based in Miramar Beach, Florida, the company is a retail store with an e-commerce component focused on selling tile, hardwood, premium vinyl and laminates. They “believe in a personal relationship with their clients, giving them an unprecedented online he customer service experience.”

During the event, guests heard from keynote speaker Brian Ford, Chief Operating Officer of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ford graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from FSU.
FSU Seminole 100 is administered by the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship in partnership with the FSU Alumni Association. FSU’s 100 fastest-growing alumni-owned or alumni-driven companies are recognized each year at the Seminole 100 Celebration held on FSU’s campus, during which each company learns numerical rankings and wins awards.
The event honors FSU entrepreneurs and allows them to share valuable business insights with each other. Winners will be announced in alphabetical order each November, but you’ll only know who takes the top spot on the night of the event.
