Labor Day 2023 is on Monday, Sept. 4.
Several chains and franchises are offering free food and deals on Monday to get into the holiday spirit, according to RetailMeNot.com and The Krazy Coupon Lady.
Here are some deals and freebies you can get on and around Sept. 4.
7-Eleven: Buy a small Slurpee drink, and get a free bottle of Vitaminwater xxx zero sugar. The chain is also offering deals on snacks: two pigs in a blanket for $3.49, plus 7-Select Tortilla Chips and mini donuts each for $1. You must make the orders through the 7NOW app and be a 7NOW Reward member to get the deals.
Auntie Anne’s: Purchase $30 in gift cards online and get $5 in Auntie Anne’s Rewards from now through Sept. 4.
Bar Louie: Get half-priced martinis from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., mimosas for $2, and pitchers for $10 on Labor Day.
Carvel: Buy $25 in gift cards online, and get a $5 reward card from now through Sept. 22.
Cheesecake Factory: If you buy a $50 gift card online, you’ll get a $10 bonus eCard between now and Sept. 4.
Cinnabon: From now through Sept. 4, for every $30 you spend in gift cards, you will get $5 back in Cinnabon Rewards.
Firehouse Subs: You can get a free medium sub when you buy a medium or large sub, chips, and a drink in-restaurant on Sept. 4.
Hooters: At Hooters, if you order any 10 wings of your choice, you can get another 10 wings for free at participating restaurants. The offer is valid all of Labor Day weekend when you dine in.
Insomnia Cookies: Get free ice cream when you buy a 12-pack of classic cookies in-store or online from Sept. 1-4.
Jamba: If you spend $25 in gift cards, you’ll get a $5 reward card from Sept. 1-4.
KFC: You can buy 10 KFC nuggets for $5. You can also get the $20 Fill Up Box with four pieces of chicken on the bone, 12 nuggets, fries, four biscuits and four dipping sauces of your choice.
Krispy Kreme: Krispy Kreme is releasing a Strawberry Glazed Doughnut for purchase in-store and online from Sept. 1-4.
Mrs. Fields: Get 25% off select gift bundles from now through Labor Day.
TGI Friday’s: Get 25% off platters, party tray and family meal bundles with the code LABORDAY25. Dine-in customers can get reduced-price drinks, including $2 beers, $4 cocktails and $5 wines. Rewards members can also get free chips and salsa, as well as $3 off any appetizer.
