The Simpson was exposed as the winner of Series 4 on Saturday night, averaging 4.8 million viewers.
In the final, which peaked at 5.7 million viewers, Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson finished runner-up in a Phoenix costume, while Fawn finished third with All Saints star Natalie Apple. Unmasked as a ton.
Finals viewership decreased compared to 2022 when the average viewership was 6.3 million.
This is the second consecutive decline since the final episode in 2021 averaged 8.6 million viewers. However, viewership during his first two national lockdowns was generally high.

Simpson, who had been speculated as Rhino by McCall early in the contest, said of his win: When you’re on stage with people and spend a lot of time in the studio, it’s going to be very difficult if they can’t get it right away.
He added: “Rhino has his own emojis on most phones, so he would often text me something I found really funny in his messages.”
